Adv blood sugar, tft.increase the dose of rosuvastatin.

increased serum triglycerides, increased small, dense low-density lipoprotein (LDL nontype A) particles, and low high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol

yess increase dose of statin ,also add fenofibrate in it. work on BMI and diet rules to be followed with more amount of hdL food.. include exercise and evaluate completely to see other disease not involved like bp,dm or thyroid dysfunction as suggested by other drs,i dont see role of hormonal therapy, it has its own benefit risk ratio involved..
