Patient needs to be evaluated because there is no history of asthma, ECG and X - ray are normal , non - smoker , pulmonary and cardiac examination is normal . Following investigations need to be done 1.Lipid profile 2.2D - Echocardiography 3.KFT 4.Pulmonary function tests 5.Thyroid profile , CBC and blood sugar fasting . AS these males in Gym - take lot of Proteins and may adversely affect kidneys - an USG abdomen needs to be done

Exertional angina and dyspnoea in young Male with no comorbidities. Suggest CBC , Iron , vit B12 workup to rule out anemia Cardiac workup including ECHO and CTMT PFT and HRCT to rule out pulmonary problems.
