A 55 years old female c/ o dypnoea on exertion since 1 week . A known hypertensive and diabetic on regular treatment. Looks anaemic. Comments on ECG welcomed

Ecg reveals st depression in v5 v6 Pl get her 2decho done. Pl see that her DM htn are under proper control. After 2d echo u can plan for TMT

Ecg shows NSR and sinus tachycardia otherwise WNL Since pt is kco htn and dm and having anaemia hence DOE can be considered in respect of comorbidies and need to adress them

Normal ECG R/O Asthma, Severe anaemia and pulmonary causes. Advice RE blood, TSH , CXR If everything is okay then treat with anxiolytic drug.

ECG ... WNL except sinus tachycardia may be due to Hypertension,DM or medicine effects. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude.

Sinus Tachycardia, for dob on exertion needed further investigation CBC,kft LFT, TFT, lipid profile, CXR PA view, B's f pp HBA1c,TEC
