Case of weight loss and Diarrhea

A 44-year-old man was presented at the hospital because of diarrhea, weight loss, and abdominal pain. Fever and headache had led to lumbar puncture at another hospital; the cerebrospinal fluid had contained 1306 white cells per microliter, of which 83% were neutrophils. Suggest the line of treatment.
