Delayed eruption of 37 and 47 in 11 years old child

This is an 11 yr old male referred for evaluation of delayed eruption of teeth 37 and 47 and evaluation of bilateral, multilocular radiolucent lesions in the posterior mandible. The patient reported no symptoms from the areas involved. What do you think?

Those radiolucencies are looks like oropharyngeal airway , Correlate clinically if needed take occlusal view Second molar will erupt on 12 - 14 yrs of age Reassurance of the patient can be done
This OPG is not enough to reach a diagnosis...go for cbct of posterior mandible on right side...
