male pt has this lesion since 2days with mild itching , irritation . no any chemical exposure or excessive water work .

Contact dermatitis
As this has sudden onset history ,so it could be definitely due to contact with some allergent.Thus contact dermatitis.
Infected Eczematous lesion. Gentian violet is applied. It must be due to contact of chappal that he might be using. Avoid the use of contacts from which he has developed. Local steroids and antibiotics will help. Antihistamines and Vits orally. Steroids should not be used more than 14 to 15 days.
It is an old case, (not 2 days) Eczematous dermatitis. Treat with cefalosprins + anti allergic oral & Local application. Add Tab Vitcee 1.5 to 2 grams per day. Cleaning part is most important for speedy recovery.
It's a case of contact dermatitis.
