Case of Residual astigmatism

Αn 82 y/o male came for evaluation of his right eye due to residual astigmatism 1 year after AK. Uncorrected distance visual acuity was 20/50 and corrected distance visual acuity was 20/25 (+3.25 −5.50 × 125). Slit-lamp examination revealed two 70-arc length peripheral corneal incisions at the 7.50-mm zone. What next should be done?

Do anterior oct picture Try glasses As patient is old age ,check fundus examination also. If there is no posterior segment pathological,and patient not satisfied with glasses refferd to cornea specialist for further management.
As patient is 82 year old will not be much mobile Lasik and RK need not to be done should prescribe Correction glasses after doing refraction under mydriasis
