Hemolytic anemia. Needs admission in hospital. As hb is low needs blood transfusion and IVs for high bilirubin levels

There is low hemoglobin with raised indirect bilirubin which indicate hemolytic anemia, and associated with it, there is thrombocytopenia and leucopenia Differential diagnosis 1) Evans syndrome - it is a combination of autoimmune hemolytic anemia and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura 2) Scleroderma associated with microangiopathic hemolytic anemia with thrombocytopenia 3) Hemolytic uraemic syndrome 4) Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
