H/O : Ovarian cancer, C/O : Pelvic pain

A 45 year old female presented with persistent pelvic pain. She has a positive smoking history and family history of ovarian cancer. She had a vaginal hysterectomy 6 years back for a fibroid uterus. The patient had experienced severe pelvic pain from the immediate postoperative period. Repeated ultrasound for persistent pelvic pain was performed. What does it shows? Is MRI needed?

MRI will confirm actual cause of pain. Postoperative pain may be due to other cause like dragging of ligaments
