An 87 year old Women presented for evaluation of progressive ,no pruritic , waxy papules and Atraumatic ecchymosis in periorbital. Please suggest Prescription?? And Diagnosis ???

Rx Lodhra powder 1 teaspoon with cold cow milk twice a day for 5 to 7 days locally, ice apply sandal wood powder with milk and gulab jal.
