Ecg reveals sinus tachycardia hr 150/mt. St depression in all precardial leads. Cardiac enzymes 2d echo. Sequential ecgs. Its ACS. Pl start ntg infusion double antiplatelet agents LMWH statins betablockers. If it evolves into STEMI STEMI management as per protocols
