Ecg reveals sinus tachycardia hr 100/mt. Rt axis deviation with RBB. P pulmonale Rt ventricular dominance with Rt atreal hypertrophy. Could be CHD.? Pulmonary artery stenosis. 2d echo will clear the picture. Cardiac auscultation will definitely give primary diagnosis
