Leucoplakia?sub mucous fibrosis.

A male age 55yrs having whitish leucoplakic patch over inner surface of lt of mouth. No relief from many medicine. H/0 kochs chest 10yrs back completed AKT. now under treatment of erosive gastritis andHPylori infection. kindly advise tt and suggest any investigation.

Oral submucous fibrosis is a chronic, complex, premalignant (1% transformation risk) condition of the oral cavity, characterized by juxta-epithelial inflammatory reaction and progressive fibrosis of the submucosal tissues (the lamina propria and deeper connective tissues)..

Leukoplakia Biopsy advised to R/O Malignancy
It is submucosal fibrosis ask for BIOPSY
Leukoplakia.biopsy.ddx:LP,OSMF.
It's sub mucus fibrosis, do histo pathological investigations , with immunochemistry , it's mostly igg related ,local hydrocortisone inj may offer relief.
