Hypertriglyceride

Female 33 years old....triglyceride level 280 .....Puls rate constantly 110-120....since 3 month....BP is normal 130/80....blood test is also normal including TSH....Is it consider as a cardiac problem...??

H/o of takingany medicine which may increase heart rate, anxiety, stress, heavy weight pt, exercise Triglyceride level is too high.may associated with increase risk of atherosclerosis coronary artery disease. Adv her ECG, ECHO.

Low grade hypertensive or pre hypertensive Raised triglycerides Needs to correct both! Should consider as pre-cardiac pt ,so damage to heart as atherosclerosis prevented If overwt, reduce wt If psychological apprehension,reassure also

No may be sinus tachycardia but go for ECG and ECHO to rule out it.
