70yr old female c/o right sided upper and lower limb weakness since 2days.k/c/o HTN and type 2DM uncontrolled.ur comments on the case and CT head pls!!!

Left parietal hemorrage with perilesional edema noted. Slight contralateral mid line shift. Manage as hemorrhagic stroke and avoid mannitol. Neurosurgeon's opinion regarding intervention..

Lt parietal haemorrhage with slight mid line shifting. Neurosurgeon opinion is needed.
