Elderly female with Hemoptysis

Chief Complaint A 72 yo female presents with hemoptysis. History She has similar episodes 4 times in 6 months of duration. No history of chest pain, weight loss. Investigations What are the interpretations of this chest x-ray? Bronchoscopy was normal. Treatment Please discuss the treatment plan.

Multiple rounded opacities of variable opacities seen in bil lung fields. Tubular heart and left lower lobe collspse consolidation giving positive Sail sign. Changes of COPD emphysema seen. Possibly neoplastic etiology. Adv CT thorax FOB sos biopsy. PET scan.

Calcified aortic knuckle Chest xray is suggestive of multiple cannonballs shadows bilateral with lt basal effusion Malignant metastatic lesions

Fungal ball appearance in Bilateral lungs Metastatic changes Get HRCT chest

Chest x ray shows left lower lung Haziness.. pneumonitis Start treatment of pneumonitis. Also suggesting with swab test will help further. For hemostasis USG abdomen Endoscopy SoS will help to decide treatment protocol

B/L multiple canon balls. Metastasis from some obscure primary cancer. Adv. PET scan.

Go for ct chest with abdomen..
