Tinea curis. Yes it is extended. I think aggresively over use of steroid is the root cause. As it is fungal pl.go for antifungal application or Salicylic acid.& Alevora gel. Complete Itacanazole 200.mg OD.x2 weeks . Fexafedine 180 mg od. Change and clean all the clthings and bedsheets etc after washing them in worm water.

SUGGESTIVE. OF EXTENSIVE TINEA. INFECTION POSSIBLY STEROIDAL ALTERED

Yes it's "TINEA CORPORIS" widespread from Tinea Cruris. Rx. Tinea corporis is usually treated with topical antifungal agents, but here looks like treatment is unsuccessful, Considerd oral antifungal medicines including terbinafine and itraconazole. Luliconazole oint/Lotion. Keto Shampoo.

Combination of both Tinea cruris and Tinea corporis Antifungal treatment and body hygiene should be maintained

Extensive tenia infection Oral and topical antifungals for 1 -2 months. Avoid steroids. Personal hygiene

Lulifin ointment 2 to 3 times daily Allegra 120mg od Itraconazole 200 mg od×15 days Maintain personal hygiene

Extensive tentative corporis, rule out diabetes, immunocompromised state, bad hygiene, excessive sweating etc

IT'S A..CASE OF.. ? TENIA CORPORIS ET CRURIS.. ? EXTENSIVE TENIA..

Tnx Dr Shivraj Agarwal sir
