This is an example- how Tinea Corporis is a contagious disease. Children were prescribed topical Ciclopirox lotion And mother was prescribed oral Itraconazole 200 mg O.D for 1 month along with topical Ciclopirox cream

TINEA CORPORIS Or TINEA FACIEI SUSP. BANDY PLUS 5ML OD AT BED TIME X TWO NIGHT. SY. LE ZYCET 5ML OD AT BED TIME. Sy. LIV52 5ml BDAC X 1 MONTH. TAB. FLUCONAZOLE 50 MG EVERY WEEKS FOR 4WKS. OINTMENT LULICONAZOLE APPLY LOCALLY. DROS. BECOMIN 2 ML OD X REGULARLY. KEEP CLEAN AND MAINTAIN HYGIENE AND SANITIZASION.
Tinea corporis Fluconazole 50mg weekly Levocet 5mg od. Itraconazole 100mg Od Lulliconazole fucibact oint locally bd. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Mother will also be treated simultaneously. Reassurance and counciling required because it takes months to recover. Keto soap powder and lotion locally. Improve General health and personal hygiene.
Please give mother Itraconazole for a period of 8 weeks in total After how many days u prefer to follow up sir? Any experiences with ciclopirox in the past?
