Concluded Case

?Extensive tinea infection

35 year old male is having these lesions for last 5 months. Started from inner thigh and extended to lower abdomen. Now patient is having lesions on hands,neck and arm region also. He is taking itraconazole 100mg bd, clotrimazole/terbinafine l/a for last 5 months. Gets releif for sometime but again develops these lesions. No h/o htn/dm/atopy. Inv- Hb-15.0,TLC-13000, DLC-P73 L15 M03 E04. AEC- 520, RBS-128. Please give valuable opinion.

Navdeep... Here visual shows... Multiple INFLAMMATORY papules, follicular lesions...may be Kerion like lesions Healed annular lesions appearing as Hyopopigmented and scaly lesions Altogether may be TINEA INCOGNITO and MAJOCCHI ' s granulomas...all are after effects of incomplete treatment of TINRA CORPORIS et ZCRURIS....

Infact on neck it is pytriasis versiculor In groins appears to be keratosis pillaris rather than tenia which is treated Rx 1 for pv Clop-s nano lotion twice daily Lulicanazole 1%lotion twice daily 2 for kp Lobate-s oint twice daily Dusting flucanazole powder

Apparently there is Keratosis pillaris in groin and Pityriasis versicolar on neck Both are to be treated simultaneously

Neck region is suferring from pityriasis VERSICOLOR

If no history of jaundice past 6 months give ketoconazole 200mg ten days Cap vit D3 60000 units once a week for 8weeks Ketoconazole soap for bath Eberconazole solution twice daily for 2 weeks

Clinically no jaundice mam
