Extra pyramidal syndrome case video
A 11 yrs old girl presented with the history of pain and abdomen and nausia for 5 days .N/H/o fever and no past illness ..
Was inj metoclopramide given. Extrapyramidal symptom . Give inj phenargan. Stop the offending agent .
EPS drug induced? Metoclopramide Tab Pacitane may be helpful
Oculogyric crisis, treat with phenergan. Iv or oral
Extra pyramidal syndrome..mostly due metoclopramide...give pacitane, diazepam or phenergan ...
E P S inj phenrgan one shot follwed by syp phenargan
Extrapyramidal tract lesion
It's EPS. Give inj promethazine or inj diazepam. Remove offending drug/ medicine.
