Planter psoriasis. Topically salsalic acid 6+ halobetasol But primarily U should treat it by antibiotics Topically.....orally also Bcoz its bleed now

Exposure dermatitis with fungal infection This is common in winter season Tinea pedis Tab.atarax 10 mg daily one night Tab.itraconazole 200 mg daily 2 times a day Tab.prednisolone 10 mg daily 2 times a day for 7 days Then taper to 5 mg daily 2 times a day Then 5 mg daily one Tab.razo 20 mg daily bbf Ointment seratoconazole for appilication And ointment mometesone for appilication For 7 days Use soap tetmasol
