F/49, C/o. bilateral lower leg mild itching with multiple tiny red eruption since 2 weeks. No other complaints. Spot dx rx.
Sure it's "XEROSIS SKIN" called XEROSIS CUTIS is common in Winter. Emollient cream/Lotion.
Xerosis cutis exacerbated in winter. Antihistamine orally. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Protect against exposure to bad weather conditions.

Probably Schambergs purpura . Another Dd to consider is stasis dermatitis( varicose veins ). Topical steroids for itching , vitamin C might help in case of schambergs purpura
