Cervical adenitis

Good morning everyone! Patient aged 32 visited my clinic 7 days before with complaint of right cervical lymph nodes swelling with pain in throat and difficult breathing while lying down and mild fever. After short course of antibiotics fever and swelling subsided but rest symptoms were present. cbc and esr and usg neck was done esr is 70 cbc is normal, attaching usg neck. please guide with akt to be given or not with dosage.As doing fnac in this lockdown is difficult. thanks!

MT is possible Just go for it Likely tubercular cervical adenitis Once you see mt is +ve start ATT

PL GET 1 CXR 2 MANTOUX TEST 3 BLOOD MTB PCR & 4 EBV I gM AB EBV PCR ------------------------------- PT NOW AFEBRILE LYMPHADENOPATHY = SIZE LESS SOB = PERSISTING CHEST = LOOK FOR BRONCHOSPASM RX LEVOSALBUTAMOL INHALER RX NO ATT TILL TB IS ESTABLISHED

Hi dr. As the. Usg neck. Suggested FNAC. Suggest. TFT. Continue. Tab. Pan40. Od Tab. Tolpa D. Tid. Neb. Duolin. Budacort. Bd Wait for report. Then decide accordingly
