I think 1st Choice Must be of Riaximin 400. 1st line treatment :- Tab.Zenflox oz/ zenflox m bd. Tab.Cyclopalm bd. Vizylac Cap. IV fluid with inj.Cefotaxim 1gm+ Inj Amikacin 500 mg + inj.Aciloc

Acute enteritis , Needs cefixime ,Tinidazole However, USG abdomen shows inflammation of ileocecum . ? TB enteritis ? IBD Stool calprotectin test, stools for CBNATT, CT abdomen, colonoscopy needed to differentiate .
