Renal calculi

21 year old male with left hypochondriac pain, USG findings of renal calculi treated with urispas, citralka syrup and hydration advice. Patient comes again with pain after two days today. What is the next plan of action ?

Urispas tab , and citralka syrup should be continuing.. besides that cystone tab , 2 tab tid initially and followed by ofloxacin 200 mg tab Bid for 7 days , pain killer for instant like Drotin M tab .... continue for 6 months ...

Give Cap Tamfil 0.4mg one daily for three months, Tab Neeri one tds Syrup k mac B6 active two tsf tds
