Oral lesion

A 36 yr old came to my opd with complaint of sudden onset whitish plaque on left lateral dorsum of tounge After eating a pan outside after dinner outside .. since 2months but now his plaque is resolving.. He consulted already to ENT specialist, As well to Dental care specialist,Skin specialist And olso oncologist.. DD.. Are.. Hyperkeratosis Contact irritant reaction Lichen planus Leukoplakia As he is a Doctor and my friend also. I know him he is no any addiction habbits of tobacco or cigarettes I only said to him wait and forget all about your concern regarding your tongue complaint it will resolve itself slowly I request you all please give your valuable opinion And further advice @

D/d-hyperkeratotic plaque deposit,leukoplakia. Adv tab Lycomax, trioplast gel, oral prophylaxis, Chlorhexidine mouth wash, tongue scraping. Re-evaluate after 4-6 weeks.
