Vestibular Schwannoma Rt CP angle

New Case 45Yr ,F, Vertigo subjective with progressive hearing loss 2 yrs,Rt sided facial numbness 1 yr with tendency to sway to Rt side since 6 months. Evaluated by physician,ENT team on a few occassions. On exam Bp120/80 mmhg,optic fundi normal ,rt sided facial dulling of sensation ,rt sided early LMN facial weakness,rt sensoryneural deafness with rt sided cerebellar signs.MR brain done pt was ref to Neurosurgeon.

Thanks to all Doctors who answered the case. MRI report: Relatively well defind extraaxial lesion with blooming artifact and heterogeneous intense enhancement in RT CP angle,extending to Rt ICA and completely replacing normal CSF signal intensity.The lesion causing significant mass effect on Rt middle cerebellar peduncle, Rt side of Pons and midbrain & 4th ventricle with displacement to left side. IMP----RT CP ANGLE SCHWANNOMA. She underwent Rt retromastoid craniectomy andsutotal excision of Rt Vestobular schwannoma under GA

CP angle tumor with involvement of cerebellum .8 and 7 CN ...it also involved 5 CN Cause - acoustic neuroma NF type 2 Look for neurocutaneus marker of NF like café au lait
It's more likely to be petroclival meningioma...Tougher job for your neurosurgeon
