Rx:- 1.Antioxidants -Lycopene-16mg/day. 2.Steroids-a).Betamethasone(Diprolene) 0.1% cream or 0.05% gel applied bid. b).Clobetasol(Temovate)- topical cream or gel 0.05% bid. c).Fuocinamide(Lidex)-topical cream 0.05% bid. 3).Intralesional Corticosteroids a). Dexamethasone-2ml (1ml on each side into the bands)-biweekly for 10 weeks. b). Hydrocortisone-1.25ml once a week for 12 weeks. 3).Systemic Steroids:- a). Prednisone (Deltasone)-Intermed. Acting drug, Dosage in tapered dose: 60mg daily for 2 days, 50mg daily for 2 days, 30mg daily for 2 days, 20mg daily for 2 days, 10mg daily for 2 days. Along with Oral physical exercises.

Agree with Dr Saloni Arora re-evaluate after 12 weeks after oral medication, month opening excerecise (oral physiotherapy) and habit counselling if any if mouth opening is not progressive u can opt for intralesional steroid injection,laser or surgical fibrotomy.
