COVID 19 PNEUMONITIS

65 years old female with history cough, fever n breathlessness along with anorexia, weight loss n fatigue. On admission saturation was 84% on air. BP was 126/86 Pulse is 110/min, Temp is 99.8, Her chest examination reveals bilateral lower zone CREPITATIONS. RT LZ decreased air entry. Blood investigations show TLC 18000 N/L RATIO 8.6 CRP 71 ABG shows hypoxia Normal RFT N LFT RT PCR FOR SARS COV-2 IS POSITIVE. HER X RAY CHEST IMAGE IS SHOWN BELOW. KINDLY DISCUSS FURTHER MANAGEMENT PLAN.
