Rapidly growing lesion over the nose

53 year old female with IBS and fibromyalgia diagnosis. Came because of a growth on the right side of the nose that has been growing rapidly over the last 3 months. Not painful, does not bleed, sometimes itchy. On inspection, nodule is firm around 6mm*4mm. Non-movable. Richly vascularized. No other similar nodules on the body. Lipoma? Thoughts, treatment plan?
