1.A seizure happens when there's an abnormal electrical discharge in brain. Risk increases if patient suffered from stroke or brain injury.  2.Epilepsy is defined as having chronic seizures, although symptoms can vary, including temporary confusion, loss of consciousness or awareness, and psychic symptoms.
