skin eruption all over body, mainly on head and leg , last one year , development after tret of fever , worse in summer make diagnosis treatment

There are two different lesions 1 few marks on face seen are FDE while 2 other lesions Chr eczematous and wet Probably fde scars developed in eczematous lesions bcz of chronicity and itching Rx 1 tab azithromycin 250mg 1od Tab Levocetrizine5mg 1bd Tab dispred4mg 1tds Locally fucibact oint twice daily till infection is resolved than shift on dipsalic-s oint twice daily Keep followup
