Diuretics like Chlorthalidone, Hydrochlorothiazide ,Frusemide, Torsemide,Ethacrynic acid ,spiranolactone etc Beta blockers like Atenolol, propranolol etc Centrally acting drugs like Clonidine, Methyl dopa Aldosterone receptor blockers are the common antihypertensive drugs to cause ED.
All most all antihypertensive drugs in long term do cause decreases libido and hence ED addition of diuretics paramounts the problem Still ARB AND CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS are quite acceptable
