9 yrs girl C/o very severe itching,scratching (many times blood oozes from scratches)and rashes devloped all over body after itching. Such episode of itching,scratching and rashes coming after every six months from age 2yrs. Many times consulted dermatologist. With treatments itching subsides and rashes slowly regress over 20-25days. This time before 1 month, consulted dermatologist. Investigations: CBC 10.0/8500/425000 N 44 L46 E03 M 07 Tb/DB/IB 0.35/0.20/0.15 Sgot/pt 24.2/14.2 ALP164U/L normal range 12-115u/l Bu/sr creat/RBS normal. He Prescribed Tab Levocet od fr45days Tab azee 250mg od fr 6days Mometasone cream fr la KL Mite soap Sulphadizine and zinc sulphate cream fr LA Healthok tab fr 20days.
