lumbo Saccral pain

Female age 59 , slipped in bathroom about 10 days back , has pain in right leg all along sciatic region from hip to ankle , Pain and Numbness now has decresed 70 pc. MRI done after 10 days report enclosed do suggest further course of treatment

59/F..in short,MRI noting suggestive of disc pathology and neural compression. no fracture morphology noted due to fall history. studying point was whether above changes due to degenerative or post traumatic. fine since disc dessication has already occured so degenerative looks. here annular tear of which type not mentioned.. Since this L4-L5 disc would get into extrusion stage. my personal assessment..conservative management wouldnt help her, she will be required to shift to ortho surgical reference.
