27 year old married lady with history of unintentional weight loss x 3 months. She has also been feeling lethargic and had an episode of Chikungunya 5 months back. O/e - she had B/L axillary lymphadenopathy, largest LN 2x2.5 cm, no matting, firm LN. No lesions in the breast. FNAC was inconclusive and patient underwent an axillary LN biopsy.
