A male Age :6 years. What should be the probable cause of Mesentric lymphandenitis?

Kindly help to diagnose and treatment of this case having pain and very hard to touch this axilla region..lymphnode palpable.having history of fever was on ceftum and azithromycin..but not releived in hardness and pain

27 year old married lady with history of unintentional weight loss x 3 months. She has also been feeling lethargic and had an episode of Chikungunya 5 months back. O/e - she had B/L axillary lymphadenopathy, largest LN 2x2.5 cm, no matting, firm LN. No lesions in the breast. FNAC was inconclusive and patient underwent an axillary LN biopsy. HPE slides are attached. Two questions: 1. Share differentials 2. Which tests (in order) will you request to confirm the diagnosis

44 yrs old female present it with swelling in the right axillary region since which was small in size gradually increased to attain the present size. c/o pain., no fever no discharge. L/e warm n tender firm consistency not mobile skin not pinchable surface smooth. Wat could b the possible dd.
