Offcourse the RCT needs to be repeated in both, u hav to ask the pt which side is creating more trouble... In case there is no emergency situation start with 46 as it is fractured also, situation can worsen in case of delay..
Do re rct for both the tooth. Ask patient which side he is experiencing more pain start with that side and then after completion go for another side. Post core with distal side of 46 0will be needed.

Re endo is required in both the cases
Re-RCT with 36 and 46...followed by post and core wrt 46
Do rerct for both the tooth Go for post and core I in 46 After place the crown over both teeth
Repeat RCT in Both 36 and 46 as both one defective Start first which have more pain
