History NAD Vitals Temp. 101° F BP 80/60mmHg Pulse 100bpm R/R 24bpm Spo2 98% Physical Examination Chest B/L clear Abdo. soft Investigations X- ray report is submitted Management Respected dr. Plan suggest
A displaced fracture of upper 3rd of the femur bone As, she is 12 years old - open fixation should be avoided . A closed nailing can be an option
Proximal 1/3rd fracture shaft femur Monitoring for FES Findings looks like FES NEED 100% oxyzen inhalation Hypotension may be d/t hypovolemia d/t blood loss After correcting vitals CRIF with Retrograde dual TENS nailing is required
Fracture upper 3rd femur Multiple retrograde Tens nail fixation an option Can be done as closed nailing

Obviously it is fracture in upper third of shaft of femur, needs Nailing and immobilization

A 56 yr old man came fr emergency room ..wt a mug full of blood...
