This a beautiful case of Canine Transmigration , falls under Muparappu Type III (Mirror Image of each other and crossed the midline) Treatment: Extraction is most common practice. But if deciduous tooth for transmigrant canine is 0resent then one can go with Autotransplantation of transmigrant canine. Both equally gives good outcome.

I feel this case can be perfectly handled with surgical osteotomies and derotating with orthodontic forces post operatively....And radiographic views please

Any iopa or occlusal radiographs please

Go for a occlusal x ray and Iopa x ray then decide about orthodontic treatment

Good case doc

Ortho + planned extraction.. Opg?

Would prefer cbct with Ortho view along with cephalometric analysis before any treatment plan

Please post OPG also
