Cellular smears. Mixed cell population Atypical pleomorphic large cells with large pleomorphic nuclei.adeqate cyroplasm Dd. Atypical immunoproliferative response Lymphoproliferative disorder/Lymphoma Sug.clinical correlation ..excision biopsy.IHC.

Necrotising lymphadenitis, however clinical evaluation , ZN stain and Biopsy to rule out TB and needful.

Necrotising lymphadenitis. Do Z N stain to exclude tuberculosis.

Necrotising granulomatous lymphadentis, biopsy suggested to r/o tuberculosis or lymphoma as few large atypical cells seen

Necrotising lymphadenitis subect to further evaluation with CBNAAT,ZN stain etc

Favours TB lymphadenitis ZN/culture/good PCR/biopsy

S/O : Necrotizing Lymphadenitis.

Necrotizing granulomatous lymphadenitis. Possibility of tuberculosis to be confirmed by other diagnostic parameters e.g. AFB , serological etc
