fnac from lung

58yr male ct guided fnac from lungs done . CT findings Hepatomegaly with multiple focal hypodense lesions in liver, largest about 1.5 cm in size. Visualized bones elsewhere appear normal. Impression: · Right chest wall soft tissue thickening, minimal right pleural effusion and lytic-erosive lesions in right sided ribs and adjoining vertebral bodies. · Mediastinal and right axillary lymphadenopathy. · Multiple soft tissue density lung nodules and focal hypodense lesions in visualized liver sections Findings highly suspicious of malignant etiology with lymphnodal, bony, lung and liver metastases ( adv: biopsy correlation) Kindly opinion.. thanks@Dr. Neelam Sreemani

Nice images Dr.Ravi Shankar. Disseminated epithelial metastases of NSCLC/Squamous Cell Carcinoma to other lung,mediastinum,chest wall,bones (ribs & vertebrae),axillary LNs & liver. What is the status of Adrenal gland ? Advised Bx correlation & IHC with p40, p63 & CK 5/6.

Disseminated visceral malignancy.. Dd. Primary large cell ca.. lungs Metastatic deposits in lung.. Sug. Clinical correlation... by vourse of disease. Search primary Biopsy from liver.. lymph nodes.. lungs IHC

Mainly small clusters and discrete cells with abundant cytoplasm,cohesive clusters, prominent nucleoli , nucleolar pleomorphism some showing 2 nucleoli. My opinion of squamous cell ca lung. Kindly help with your suggestions... Thanks
