Good evening revered Curofians. Case Details : 52 year old female, left parotid swelling since 15 days. Examination showed a soft, slight fullness in the region of left parotid gland. FNAC done, aspirated blood mixed aspirate. Patient came to collect the report three days later, swelling subsided. Micropictographs posted above (1-10). A) How do you classify this cytosmears as? Benign or Suspicious for Malignancy or Malignant? B) Relevant Cytological description. C) What is your cytodiagnosis? D) Differential diagnosis. 40 yr old male pt, FNAC right cheek swelling frm 6 months. On examination- swelling is non mobile, tender, hard. On aspiration blood mixed material came out. He is chweing tobacco frm long time, smoker, bt there is no other health issues.
