FRACTURE IN NASAL SPINE OF FRONTAL BONE

A 60 years old female patient, complaining with pain and bleeding at nostril region, due to fall on the floor, bleeding from supratip break. But bleeding is not a matter, bcoz under GA stitched given with proper starilazation, now there is no bleeding seen.,and conservative management should be done. Please suggest what will be or any best management.....for FRACTURE of nasal spine......

Fracture nasal spine surgery to be done After Oedema and inflammation is completely subsided and if it is required cosmetically Most of the time it can be managed without operative treatment

Could you share a CT film of the fracture? And the wound? If the fracture is undisplaced, we might not need to do anything. Otherwise plating or wiring depending on the extent of fracture.
