Age:30 years Patient complaints of round lesions on whole body since 1 year and intense itching at night Diagnosis

62y female, seen for the first time. She has this desquamation 5 days ago on the hands, chest and legs. it is itchy (very a lot !) vital signs are normals, hasn't taken any new medication that could explain this. She doesn't have any known allergy. She feels good, she has none other symptom. Any idea of the diagnose ? treatment ? I thought to eczema or other contact dermatitis or maybe psoriasis even.
