Hie2/grade 2 ivh /erbs palsy . Continue anticonvulsant . Poor prognosis . Reduce i'v maintainence fluid to 2/3 rd of requirement. Do sepsis screen to rule out sepsis . High flow humidified oxygen . Monitor electrolytes. Cxr . Check hb level .

Perinatal asphyxia. Exclude EONS by sepsis screening. Adv. Blood sugar and serum calcium levels, X-RAY OF CHEST. CSF EXAMINATION.

Looks like a case of Perinatal hypoxia with hIE 2. Left hand may have erb's palsy, just wait and watch. If seizure are controlled then continue same treatment, look for sepsis also

Its a case of HIE stage 3 with intra ventricular haemorrhage with erb’s palsy. Contine with anticonvulsants,IVF,antibiotics. Watch for hypoglycemia, any further seizures,any apnoea.do sepsis screening. Get repeat NUSG after 3 days to look for any progression of haemorrhage. Moniter vitals, and continue respiratory support if needed.
