Full mouth rehabilitation

62 year male complain of common cold, THROAT pain and pain in throat during taking liquid and not able to take meal because of pain since 7 days. What is diagnosis and management ?

Post covid19 day 5 55 f moderately obese On pulse therapy of methyl Prednisonlone 250 mg bd on d9 to d11 of illness Apthous ulcer on Lower lip and behind 4 8 not painful no sluffing seen Difficulty in chewing with with reduced mouth opening 2 fingers Extensive periodontitis seen with previous history of pan masala chewing Current CBC mildly deranged owing to glucocorticoid tapering

Acute viral Hepatitis under ix with cholestasis. *Chief Complaints* A 20 yr old female attended Mopd with yellowish discoloration of urine,generalized weakness and fatigue since 3 days and occasional pain in right hypochondrium. No associated fever,loose stool,Stool discoloration, pruritus etc. No H/O Blood Transfusion,high risk behavior, ayurvedic drug intake ,HTN,DM,Thyroid disorder, Substance abuse etc. O/E pt is C/A/C. Icterus present,rest General Examination normal. P/A soft,BS +,Liver palpable 4 cm below rt subcostal margin,soft non tender moving with respiration,liver span not measured. Rest Systemic Examination are normal. LFT was done showing Raised Total Bil of 5.8. Ind Bil 3.1 Direct bil 2.7 SGOT 4010 SGPT 4126 ALP 288 Rest reports are awaited. Ix includes CBC RFT Sr Electrolytes ECG 12 leads CXR PA view USG W/A HBsAG Anti HCV Covid RTPCR Urine RE Etc. Waiting for reports.pt started on conservative Rx.

Parveen 46/M c/o ulceration in posterior third of palate since last 10 days . Ulcer is 10mm ×15mm in size with 10 mm depth. Ulceration started as multiple small size and all over palate 10 days back, patient took medicine from local doctor but size of ulcer increased. No burning sensation , no. Itching, mild pain , Ulceration happened 20 yrs back , regressed by medicine, oftenly grew up In six months to 1 yr specially in summers Chronic hyperacidity patient since 4 yrs. Tobacco chewing since 5 yrs - 4 pkts a day Smoking 4 yrs - 5 to 10 biri per day . Not alcoholic . No weight loss . No fever
