Conservative Rx for cholecystitis with cholelithiasis followed by adv to go for cholecystectomy Iv fluids Inj dexamethasone Inj Ceftriaxozone Inj antispasmodics Inj pantaprazole Inj ondestron Once settled down shift on oral And adv surgical intervention So far renal cyst is concerned on lt side at present asymptomatic to be left as such.

As the patient is suferring from abdominal pain diagnosed as cholelithiasis suggestive of treatment like , Inj ceftriaxone, pantoprazole, Drotaverine,Iv dextrose,when the patient is stable advice to do cholecystectomy

Gall bladder stones Sludge, wall thickening has not been mentioned , to brand this as calculus CHOLECYSTITIS. No IHBD , still CBD stone has to be ruled out Suggest CT abdomen , LFT , amylase lipase If pain persists, surgical opinion ,consider Lap cholecystectomy.
