Girl 15 yrs having round nontender swelling on back for 6-7 years It increased in size recently tender with discolouration of skin over it has itching at times can move freely over underneath tissues Suggest diagnosis & management Girl otherwise healthy no fever reported

A big lipoma. It should have been excised earlier .Most probable cause of tenderness is a haematoma developing inside aftet a trivial injury . Very rarely liposarcoma can develop

May be benine adipose tissue . Extra mammalian breast at the left lateral dorsum of back of chest . The shape and size resembles like a breast shape without teat . The extra breast may form in axillary area r inguinal areas and rarely in this case . So scanning should be done . According to u r information there is no fixity but recent tenderness . No axillary lymph nodes enlargement and no we loss and no fever it seems it is a extra breast below the left arm put . .

Lipoma with bleeding or sarcomatous changes .DD epidermoid cyst or fibroma .Surgical excision n biopsy

Lipoma

Organized haematoma/fibroma undergoing sarcomatous changes/fibrolipoma undergoing sarcomatous changes,advised exisional biopsy and further treatment accordingly

Most liklely lipoma excision biopsy always put drain if lipoma is large to avoid collection and infection

Large Lipoma with bleeding underneath.. Risk of liposarcoma is present. Excise as early as possible with histopathological explanation

Lipoma. Infected sebaceous cyst.

Excisional biopsy. Can be soft tissue swelling Lipoma I.

DX : INFECTED SABACIOUS CYST. WORK UP WITH USG. FNAC.
