h/o soft swelling on nape of neck from 1 yr. pain on palpation from 10 days. size 1cm 1 cm Diagnosis ?? t/t ??

I had One case on14June Mr Kalpesh Age 30 Yrs Complaint of Swelling in the Left Lower Neck Since 1 Month No Pain ,No difficulty in swallowing No Fever On Examination Swelling was soft non tender TPR normal RS CVS Abdomen CMS Normal What is your diagnosis?

A young 20 yr old unmarried girl reports with acute onset pain throat. O/e Oropharynx and nasopharynx, tonsils are normal. She has a bulge in Rt lobe of Thyroid. T3T4TSH -N. Rt lobe USG Thyroid reveals a nodule Rt Lobe. Suggest Dx and Mgt.
