A 45 year old male presented with the chief complaints of growth in the left lateral aspect of the tongue for the past 6 months and swelling of neck on left side for the past 3 months It is gradually increasing in size. the growth on the tongue was initially painless and became painful after the onset of swelling in the ipsilateral side of the neck. He reported that the swelling started ulcerating after biopsy has been done. *(as shown in the image)* his other complaints were difficulty in swallowing, pain during swallowing and ear pain. Has been chewing tobacco for the past 26 years. Known Hypertensive. on examination, solitary lymph node (level 3) is palpable on lateral aspect of the left side of the neck. what is the diagnosis? How do you manage the case?
